Last 2 months of summer in Friedrichshain!

Beautiful, open flat with lots of natural light at the end of Simon-Dach Str in Friedrichshain. I love the flat and neighborhood but have to travel for work. Wifi and electricity are included.

It's a very quiet, beautiful new building with elevator and lovely neighbors -- no partying at home but you are in the middle of a great neighborhood with bars, clubs, and parks so no need to make lots of noise in the flat!

***The Apartment***
Sleeping Room:
- king sized bed
- clothes rack for hanging with hangers
- 2 dressers can be emptied for clothes/storage
- small couch

Living/Kitchen Area:
- Sofa
- Big desk with working printer/scanner
- Bookshelf and office storage space can be emptied
- Wifi

- Dining table seats 3-4 comfortably
- Big refrigerator/freezer
- Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, oven trays, plates, cutlery etc.

Balcony:
- Huge balcony gets sun from 2pm or earlier till sunset every day
- Lots of seating for relaxing evenings
- Plants (herbs and some vegetables for cooking)

Bathroom:
- Shower
- Washing Machine
- Brand new, very clean

Foyer:

- cleaning super easy with robot vacuum
