Beautiful, open flat with lots of natural light at the end of Simon-Dach Str in Friedrichshain. I love the flat and neighborhood but have to travel for work. Wifi and electricity are included.
It's a very quiet, beautiful new building with elevator and lovely neighbors -- no partying at home but you are in the middle of a great neighborhood with bars, clubs, and parks so no need to make lots of noise in the flat!

5 minutes from Boxhagener Platz
7 min walking from U5 at Frankfurter Tor/Samariterstr, M10 at Grünberger Str., buses and other trams.
