Living room comes with a big dining table and a good stereo and a double door. With free Wireless-LAN.
The bedroom comes with a double bed. It's directed to the backyard and pleasantly calm. There are two more mattresses and bedding, in case its 4 of you.
Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and everything you need (hair drier, towels…).
Kitchen is fully equipped and has a great gas stove. Plenty of kitchen accessories.
Your flat would be situated at Südstern (Kreuzberg at the border of Neukölln). In case you do not know the area: Its situated between the lively neighborhoods of Gräfestraße and Bergmanstraße. Only 1km to Admiralbrücke, Hasenheide (a public park, Neukölln) and Tempelhofer Feld (former and now open to public airport) and Weserstraße (thats where you would have beer!). Good shopping facilities, good public transportation (Underground station only 100m).
This is the deal: Non-smoking. Fixed price: 500€ including everything for two person. 3rd and 4th person is possible for 50€ each. 200€ Deposit. Pay upfront. Kids are welcome.
