Your flat would be situated at Südstern (Kreuzberg at the border of Neukölln). In case you do not know the area: Its situated between the lively neighborhoods of Gräfestraße and Bergmanstraße. Only 1km to Admiralbrücke, Hasenheide (a public park, Neukölln) and Tempelhofer Feld (former and now open to public airport) and Weserstraße (thats where you would have beer!). Good shopping facilities, good public transportation (Underground station only 100m).
This is the deal: Non-smoking. Fixed price: 500€ including everything for two person. 3rd and 4th person is possible for 50€ each. 200€ Deposit. Pay upfront. Kids are welcome.
