The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is consistent with living room, kitchen and bedroom facing the quiet courtyard. It is of high standard, newly refurbished and fully renovated bathrooms, new hardwood flooring and is freshly painted. Included in the price is broadband and TV. Furniture in the apartment includes a large corner sofa, kitchen table with chairs, flat screen, sound system, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, storage cabinets, dishwasher, washer, dryer, fixed bed and wardrobe.

Gang tiled. The hallway includes a built-in closet with washer, dryer and opportunity to hang outer jackets.

Bath, newly renovated (2011). The bathroom represents a relatively small part of the apartment, which increases the surface area that otherwise stays on. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, basin, cabinet and toilet. It is modern tiled, has "shower bath" solution and heated floor.
