Clean and comfortable, centrally located apartment in Kreuzberg

NOTE: The living room photo is missing a TV that we have recently installed.

I'm heading to Central America for a few weeks over the Christmas break and am therefore looking for a couple that will treat my room with respect while I'm away. My roommate will still be living in his half of the house, however you will have access to the bathroom, living room, kitchen and the shared storage spaces.

The room is 20 sqm with a beautiful large bay window (mimicked in the living room) that welcomes plenty of natural light. The bed is a Casper memory foam mattress with two sets of sheets. I will create space for your clothes in the cupboard where you will have access to a hanging compartment and several shelves for other storage.

House Rules:

-Please respect our things, we go to a lot of trouble to maintain the apartment and to keep things tidy.
-Please respect the noise for my roommate and my neighbours sake. Our neighbour upstairs has a little daughter sleeping upstairs a lot of the time and won't hesitate to tell you if the noise is disturbing her.
-Please run it by my roommate if you wish to bring guests over (especially if its in the early hours of the morning), under reasonable circumstances he will most likely be fine with it.
-No more than 2 guests please.
-Help yourself to the speakers and AUX chord.
-Please turn the speakers off when leaving the house.
-Please don't use or handle our records/turntables.
-Help yourself to the television and the playstation, please however treat it with respect.
