Ich biete meine sehr gepflegte, günstige und frisch sanierte Altbauwohnung Mitten im Zentrum von Kreuzberg 36 zum Tausch an!

Ausstattung:

- nur mit WBS
- Ein großes Zimmer mit offener Küche und Gasherd (Herd und Spüle wurden erst vor kurzem erneuert).
- Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit großen Fenstern, welche gut isoliert sind!
- einheitlich cremefarbener Linoleumboden in der kompletten Wohnung
- das Bad ist gefliest, mit Dusche und verfügt ebenfalls über ein großes Fenster (außerdem auch ein komplett neues WC)
- Haustierhaltung erlaubt!

Lage:

Die Wohnung liegt in einem der legendärsten Szenekieze Kreuzbergs, direkt gegenüber dem Babylon Kino, neben dem Oranienplatz und fünf Minuten Fußweg bis zur Admiralbrücke / Paul-Lincke-Ufer. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe unzählige Bars, Cafés, Galerien, Kultur und Kunst!
Die U8/U1, Kottbusser Tor/ Moritzplatz / Oranienplatz mit der Buslinie M29 sind ebenfalls fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

Ich suche:

Wünschen würde ich mir eine vergleichbare Altbauwohnung, welche nicht zwangsläufig saniert sein muss (ein Ofen und alte Fenster würden mir z.B. auch gefallen) ! Es muss ebenfalls keine WBS Wohnung sein, darf aber maximal nur 500-600 € warm kosten. Lage wäre möglich in Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg etc. Hundehaltung muss erlaubt sein!
