On offer for 8 months (1st June 2023 - 31 January 2024) is a 28m2 room in an old building flat of 90m2 in the Berlin area of the districts Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, situated between Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Zionskirchplatz and Arkonaplatz - a very special neighbourhood in terms of recreation, culinary and cultural aspects.

The flat is in an old building (1900) and includes a large entrance area, a modern bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and washing machine, 2 south-sided rooms with large windows (28m2 + 30m2), a dining room and a modern kitchen with kitchen island, gas cooker, oven, fridge and dishwasher.

The inner courtyard garden offers seating and some plants for relaxing on sunny days.

I am renting out my room in the flat because of a job elsewhere. The second room in the apartment is alredy rented.

It is important for me to find a reliable, adult and quiet person for the interim rent. If you want to have parties, you are welcome to do so, but please not in the flat, as a good relationship with the neighbourhood is very important to me, and there are also small children living in the house.

The room is rented with a wardrobe, a bed (160cm) with new mattress, small desk and chair.

The rental period from June to the end of January is obligatory and a prerequisite for renting.

Januar 2024) ein 28m2 großes Zimmer in einer 90m2 großen Altbauwohnung im Berliner Gebiet der Bezirke Mitte und Prenzlauer Berg, gelegen zwischen Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Zionskirchplatz und Arkonaplatz - ein ganz besonderer Kiez in Bezug auf Erholung, Kulinarik und Kultur.

Die Wohnung in einem sanierten Altbau umfasst einen großen Eingangsbereich, ein modernes gefliestes Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine, 2 südseitige Zimmer mit großen Fenstern (28m2 + 30m2), ein Esszimmer und eine moderne Küche mit Kücheninsel, Gas-Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine.

Der Innenhof bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten und etwas Grün zum Entspannen an sonnigen Tagen.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in der Wohnung, da beruflich andernorts beschäftigt bin. Das zweite Zimmer der Wohnugn ist vermietet.

Mir ist es wichtig für die Zwischenmiete eine zuverlässige, erwachsene und ruhige Person zu finden. Wer Parties feiern möchte, kann das gern tun, nur bitte nicht in der Wohnung, da mir das gute Verhältnis zur Nachbarschaft sehr wichtig ist, auch kleine Kinder im Haus wohnen.

Das Zimmer wird mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Bett (160cm) mit neuer Matratze, kleiner Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl vermietet.

Der Mietzeitraum von Juni bis Ende Januar ist obligatorisch und eine Voraussetzung für die Anmietung.
