Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung zwischen Mitte Jüni und Anfang Juli. Sie ist ideal für 2 Personen oder eine kleine Familie mit einem Kind.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eines davon mit Holzdielen und Erker, ein großes Bett für zwei, ein gemütliches Sofa im Wohnzimmer, Fernseher und Internet, eine geräumige Küche mit Balkon und ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine und Spielsache.

Die Lage ist super: 5 Minuten von U8 und U7 sowie vielen Buslinien (10 Minuten mit der U Bahn nach Mitte). Ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Landwehrkanal und nach Kreuzberg. Bioladen, Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen, Supermarkt und Eisdiele - alles direkt vor der Haustür bzw. um die Ecke.

The apartment has two good size rooms, a living room and a bedroom. The bedroom also has a desk and a closet, while the living room has a couch which also folds out into a bed. There is also a television, dvd player, stereo and cd player, and there is wireless internet throughout the apartment. The rooms have large windows and high ceilings, as the apartment is in an original building from the early 1900s. There is also partially wooden floor throughout the apartment. It has a lot of character!

The kitchen is fully furnished, and includes a dish washer and a kitchen table. The room opens up to the balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom is small yet includes a bathtub nonetheless. This comfortable apartment has everything!

The apartment also has a washing machine for your use.
