Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung zwischen Mitte Jüni und Anfang Juli. Sie ist ideal für 2 Personen oder eine kleine Familie mit einem Kind.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eines davon mit Holzdielen und Erker, ein großes Bett für zwei, ein gemütliches Sofa im Wohnzimmer, Fernseher und Internet, eine geräumige Küche mit Balkon und ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine und Spielsache.
Die Lage ist super: 5 Minuten von U8 und U7 sowie vielen Buslinien (10 Minuten mit der U Bahn nach Mitte). Ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Landwehrkanal und nach Kreuzberg. Bioladen, Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen, Supermarkt und Eisdiele - alles direkt vor der Haustür bzw. um die Ecke.

We are offering our charming apartment in the best area of Neukölln, just on the border of the popular Kreuzberg.
About the apartment:
The apartment has two good size rooms, a living room and a bedroom. The bedroom also has a desk and a closet, while the living room has a couch which also folds out into a bed. There is also a television, dvd player, stereo and cd player, and there is wireless internet throughout the apartment. The rooms have large windows and high ceilings, as the apartment is in an original building from the early 1900s. There is also partially wooden floor throughout the apartment. It has a lot of character!
The kitchen is fully furnished, and includes a dish washer and a kitchen table. The room opens up to the balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom is small yet includes a bathtub nonetheless. This comfortable apartment has everything!
The apartment also has a washing machine for your use.
The neighborhood is a very popular area in the last few years and borders the popular Kreuzberg. There are many cafes, book stores, restaurants, galleries, bicycle rental shops, organic grocer and supermarkets, bars, boutiques, and much more!
In both directions from the apartment you reach parks and the greenway along the canal (Landwehrkanal), from where you can also take a boat ride throughout the city.
Twice a week, there is a Turkish vegetable and farmer's market nearby, and on the weekends an art market, and irregular outdoor flea markets.
Public transit:
Just around the corner is a taxi stand and the transit hub of Hermannplatz, where you can connect with the subway to central city (Alexanderplatz) in 10 minutes, to the West side at Kurfurstendamm, or with buses to all destinations.
