This is our little oasis.
A two story loft-style apartment offers tons of room for a single dweller, a couple or intimate flatmates.

The open concept kitchen, office and bathroom are on the first floor of the space. Upstairs on the 2nd floor you will find the living room and the bedroom.
We are a couple living here. I will be continuing my studying in Brussels for approximately 2 years, so we are looking for a responsible, reliable, mature subleter(s) who can live in our space while we are away. The conditions of the sublet contract between us will be flexible between 1- 3 years (renewable every year). We are looking for mature, reliable, responsible, working people who can pay the rent. We´ve included a rough approximate of how much we pay for our utilities which we can discuss upon meeting.
As the sublet is furnished, we are requiring a deposit.
