I will be continuing my studying in Brussels for approximately 2 years, so we are looking for a responsible, reliable, mature subleter(s) who can live in our space while we are away. The conditions of the sublet contract between us will be flexible between 1- 3 years (renewable every year). We are looking for mature, reliable, responsible, working people who can pay the rent. We´ve included a rough approximate of how much we pay for our utilities which we can discuss upon meeting.
