We’re subletting our flat from the 23.4-7.5. or 8.5. if that suits better for you (15 or 16 days) for 480€. If you stay shorter, of course you don’t need to pay the full price.
It’s spacious, cosy and bright, with two rooms suitable for a couple, somebody alone or friends who don’t mind sleeping in one bed. It is located in Prenzlauerbergs "hipster" area in Kastanienallee close to the station U Eberswalderstraße.
A lot of restaurants, bars and the Mauerpark will be directly infront of your door and the connection to other city parts is really good. There are trams, U-Bahn and one station away the S Bahn circle.
In the morning you will sometimes have the nice smell of the bakery in your kitchen and as an add on, there are 5 cats 🐈 🐈🐈🐈🐈 in the house, wich love to stroll through the staircase and the neighbors are mostly young and don’t mind if you have a long evening and are a bit louder sometime.
