Ich vermiete hier meine wunderschöne helle und sanierte Altbauwohnung in dem grünen Friedenau /Schöneberg. Die Wohnung besteht aus drei separat begehbaren Zimmern. In zwei Zimmer gibt es Schlafmöglichkeiten (Bett, Schlafsofa).
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und ich vermiete sie, da ich den Jobwechsel und in der Übergangszeit vorher nochmal länger Urlaub machen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 84 qm groß, und die Warmmiete inkludiert Internet, Strom und Warmwasser sowie all Betriebskosten (Müllabfuhr, Reinigung des Hauses)

The apartment is fully furnished and I rent it out, because I change my job and in the transition period, I would like to go on a longer vacation.
The apartment is a total of 84 square meters, and the warm rent includes internet, electricity and hot water and all operating costs (garbage collection, cleaning the house).
