Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und ich vermiete sie, da ich den Jobwechsel und in der Übergangszeit vorher nochmal länger Urlaub machen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 84 qm groß, und die Warmmiete inkludiert Internet, Strom und Warmwasser sowie all Betriebskosten (Müllabfuhr, Reinigung des Hauses)
Meldet euch gern bei mir, solltet ihr weitere Fragen haben. Ich liebe mein Zuhause und möchte natürlich, dass ihr euch auch wie zuhause fühlt und die Wohnung auch so behandelt.

The apartment is fully furnished and I rent it out, because I change my job and in the transition period, I would like to go on a longer vacation.
The apartment is a total of 84 square meters, and the warm rent includes internet, electricity and hot water and all operating costs (garbage collection, cleaning the house).
