I am offering my place for a short term rental, for travellers or for someone who is in between apartments Dates: 13.08.23 to 24.08.23 complete central location in "wedding" near osloer strasse. Ground Floor.
Student and Working class only, responsible and neat and clean person, Not party people.
It's around 90 sqm Two room flat. A big bedroom, a big living room, separate big kitchen and shower in the washroom.
Everything you need to stay is in the flat; a washing machine with dryer, Samsung Smart Tv, internet connection, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, complete kitchen utensils you can use.
It is a 3 minute walk to U bahn station, 9 Minute to ring bahn Wedding, 4 minute to bus stop, many spatis, bars, restaurants and grocery stores around the corner.
Starting date can be flexible, but the ending date is maximum 24th August.
Rent per night is 55 euros.
No pets.
