Looking for a 2+ bedroom apartment suitable for couples. Budget is up to 1300€.

I am a 20 year old student in Berlin and I am looking for a place to stay with my long term partner who also studies here. We are not employed but have our parents’ financial support and have always been regular with rent. We are looking to rent it from September 15th or whichever date in September is an option. Since our Universities are near the center of Berlin (Alexanderplatz/Mitte etc.), a place either near Alexanderplatz or under 30 mins by transport from there would be ideal. Our budget for rent is around 1300 euro, unless it’s not furnished, in which case the budget drops to 1000€. We don’t have any pets or vehicles, we donmt throw parties and are non smokers. We take very good care of our space and always leave it in the same shape or even in better shape than we found it!
