Calm new home | 2-4 rooms

Hello, I'm looking for either a flat for myself; 2 rooms for a max of 800warm or a 4-room flat max 2000warm to share with friends.

I have been living in my current flat for almost 7 years now (more than one year alone). It is time for me to move on, as the contract is still under the name of my ex and I.

I am a freelancer in my 30s who has been working with a main client (alongside other clients) for almost 3 years, so I have stable income. I'm not really into the party life and prefer to have a nice calm place to come home to after work to cook and cuddle with my cat.

Alternatively, I am looking for a 4 room flat to share with two friends who are also in their 30s. One is also a creative and another is a chef. We want to have a quiet, calm home to cook together and watch movies after work but also with enough space to have our own privacy.

I don't smoke and rarely drink but one of my friends does but smokes one the balcony or outside.

Hallo, ich suche entweder eine Wohnung für mich; 2 Zimmer für max. 800warm oder eine 4-Zimmer-Wohnung max. 2000warm zum Teilen mit Freunden.

Ich habe in meiner aktuellen Wohnung für fast 7 Jahre jetzt (mehr als ein Jahr allein) leben. Es ist Zeit für mich, weiterzuziehen, da der Vertrag noch auf den Namen meiner Ex und mir läuft.

Ich bin ein Freiberufler in meinen 30ern, der seit fast 3 Jahren mit einem Hauptkunden (neben anderen Kunden) zusammenarbeitet, so dass ich ein stabiles Einkommen habe. Ich bin nicht wirklich in das Partyleben und bevorzuge es, einen schönen ruhigen Ort zu haben, um nach der Arbeit nach Hause zu kommen, um zu kochen und mit meiner Katze zu kuscheln.

Alternativ bin ich auf der Suche nach einer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung, die ich mit zwei Freunden teilen kann, die ebenfalls in ihren 30ern sind. Der eine ist ebenfalls kreativ und der andere ist Koch. Wir wünschen uns ein ruhiges Zuhause, um gemeinsam zu kochen und nach der Arbeit Filme zu schauen, aber auch genug Platz, um unsere eigene Privatsphäre zu haben.

Ich rauche nicht und trinke selten, aber einer meiner Freunde tut es, aber raucht auf dem Balkon oder draußen.
