Uni Prof and Opera Singer seek Studio or 1 room Flat in Berlin.

Guten Tag! We are two professional American musicians (Flutist/University Professor at New York University, and a Mezzosoprano) seeking a furnished one room flat or studio apartment in Berlin from 18 January until 14 March. (Move-in and move-out dates are somewhat flexible within a few days.)

We are coming to Germany in order to perform a concert and to study with German music teachers. We have performed professionally in New York City (Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, etc.) and in cities around the world.

We seek a private furnished flat with kitchen, WLAN, access to a Waschmaschine, and convenient to public transit (preferably within the Stadtring). We will not have a car and will not need a parking space. (I would love to borrow a bicycle if one is available!)

We would need a flat with permission to practice our instruments (flute and classical singing) during limited hours.

Our budget is approximately 450 euros per month warm.

We are responsible and considerate tenants, and would be happy to provide personal references from Berlin residents upon request.
