Dear Flat owner,
I am Mr. Ramana Gudipiudi, a PhD researcher at Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact research. I am a DAAD scholar and I receive my scholarship from them for the past 2 years. I will still receive it for one and half years from now. I am married and therefore looking for an apartment with more than 60 sq.mts. I personally don't have any bad credits and I can assure you that I am reliable and will keep the apartment clean and tidy (apart from paying rent on time!).
