Searching for two or three room apartment- long term

Hallo,

My name is Ioannis and I live in Berlin with my girlfriend. We are both engineers, I am working as a software developer in a german company here in Berlin and my girlfriend attends a Master degree. We are looking for a two or three room bright apartment with sink, cupboards in the kitchen, balcony and bathtub (preferably) from around mid July latest 1st of August. We need a flat to be situated close a S bahn or U bahn station.

The flat should be available for a year at least and we can provide you with Schufa (jetzt beantragen) and the last three payment proof of my work.

Wir kommen aus Griechenland und wir sprechen Englisch auch Deutsch und Spanish.
