Dear prospective landlord,
We are a friendly couple of academics that moved to berlin this summer. We are looking for 2 or 3 room flat from the end of February or March. Our budget is 750 euros.
A few more words about us. Stratis is from Cyprus and Kristina is from Bulgaria. We lived in the UK for several years and now have decided to continue together in Germany where Stratis sisters live. Stratis is a Dr. of sociology and he now works as a consultant for an NGO in Berlin. Kristina is a doctoral researcher doing her funded PhD in the U.K. She works on migration.
We are interested in a renting a furnished flat for a year, but we are flexible on the duration and will happy to hear different offers.
We can provide letters of reference from our current tenancy in Berlin.
