Calm dependable couple looking for a nice temporary living in Berlin

Hi!
Me and my girlfriend Wanda just came back from a long travel and are looking for a temporary living place in Berlin. We are not interested in flat sharing, but if you want someone to take care of your apartment for a months or six months (or even a year) then we might be the right people. I am 34 and Wanda is 26 years old. She's an ergotherapeut and yoga teacher, and I'm a life coach and student. Her father is a doctor in Husum and willing to stand as a guarantee, but we both actually have money and savings. Meaning that there will not under any circumstance be reason for problems in that area. We take a commitment like this seriously and will always be on time with rent etc. We expect you to also be dependable and serious in this department and not to try to take advantage or swallow our Kaution or something like that. We are good people and want to do deals with good people.

We are vegetarian and non-smokers. We rarely drink, except for an occasional wine and cheese. :) Our interest is to feel out the city of Berlin and to find out if it's the right place for us to settle down. Wanda's intention is to work within her field in Berlin.

We are looking for apartments, one room or several room flats, somewhat central in Berlin. Ideal would be Kreuzberg and Neukölln, but really any area is of interest as long as it's not more than 30 minutes to the city center. We are also looking for apartments that are reasonably priced.
