Looking for a longterm (min. a year) 1-2 room flat (for a price up to 1200 Euro/month Warm) in Berlin with Anmeldung. I have an official working contract in IT. I have been already living in Berlin for 3 years and I am planning to stay for at least several years more. I am flexible with the location (Ring Bahn preferred) and move-in dates (preferably starting from 01.07.2022/01.08.2022) About me:
I am 26 y.o. female. I am single and don't have any bad habits (don't smoke, drink, etc.), and I can guarantee you that the flat will be kept clean and neat. I don’t have any pets and not planning to have one. I speak Russian, English and German (in progress).
