Paar sucht Wohnung in Berlin ab Sommer 2020 bis Sommer 2021

Wir, Lea und Leendert, sind Doktorandin und Doktorand und suchen ein gemeinsame Wohnung in Berlin, ab frühestens Mai 2020 (und spätestens September 2020) bis Sommer 2021. Lea kommt als Stipendiatin aus den USA, um an ihrer Dissertation zu arbeiten, und Leendert wird als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Max Planck arbeiten.

Wir sind bereit, überall in Berlin zu wohnen; innerhalb der AB Zone wäre vorzüglich. Bei Ausstattung sind wir auch flexibel, und es muss nicht unbedingt komplett möbliert sein. Wir sind zuverlässig, ordentlich, finanziell stabil aufgestellt, und Nichtraucher und würden gerne ein Jahr auf Ihre Wohnung sehr gut aufpassen.

We, Lea and Leendert, are doctoral students and are looking for an apartment together in Berlin, from as early as May 2020 (latest move-in September 2020) until summer 2021. Lea will be coming from the States on a fellowship to work on her dissertation and Leendert will be working as a researcher at the Max Planck.

We are happy to live in any part of Berlin, but preferably within the AB transit zone. We’re also flexible with regard to furnishings and apartment features; it is also fine if the apartment is not fully furnished. We are responsible, tidy, financially stable, and non-smokers, and we would love to take good care of your apartment for the year.
