SOLO FLAT or LARGE ROOM in Berlin

Hello fellow Berliners!
Im currently in Berlin and looking for either a SOLO FLAT or SPACIOUS ROOM in a shared space starting the first months of the coming new year but I’m flexible with dates if it’s a good fit. Must be with ANMELDUNG and contract. Budget depending on the offer.
Space is important for me as I work full time as a Social Media Manager/Drag performer/event producer and therefore have a lot of goods and accessories that require storage. I have been working since March on digital shows so Im mainly at home.

I’m a 31 years old Queer person from France, have been living in Berlin since March, and I identify as non-binary. I don’t have any specific food regiment and I’m a clean, adaptable and respectful person. I expect the same from others and most importantly trust, fairness and good communication. I’m quite independent but also enjoy sharing experiences with people.
