My girlfriend and I are urgently looking for a flat to move in, ideally towards the end of June or mid July, 2022 at the latest. We like your apartment very much and we would be very interested in renting it.
We are a young couple (25 and 23 years old). Greta is doing an Ausbildung in Dorint (4starts+ hotel in Kudamm) and I'm working as a Sales Country Manager with an unlimited contract (my office is also in Kudamm). We could bring proof of our contracts, our last paychecks, a nice review from our former landlord and other documents as SHUFA on your request!
We are both very clean and tidy people. Since working in a hotel, Greta is actually obsessed with cleanliness :D
We don't smoke, never host parties, and always take the best care of our stuff.
I'm sure we are your perfect tenants!
