Looking for apartment

Hi there,
I'm looking to move as soon as possible. My lease is coming to an end and I have all necessary documents: Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , Anmeldung, Mietschuldenfreibescheinigung, etc.
I'm a practicing artist and I'm also working in a popular restaurant in Neukolln.
I would like to live somewhere near to my work but I have lived in Weissensee before and loved it so I'm not too fussy.
Roughly I'm looking for a flat that is 40m2 (I would take less or more), and my budget is E800 depending on the size of the flat, the location, etc.
