My name is Ava and my friend Lauren and I are looking for a place to rent in Berlin.
We have recently moved here from Ireland and are really loving the city so far and cannot wait to find a place to settle into and immerse ourselves in all that Berlin has to offer.
I am currently working at Honeypot as a tech recruiter, and Lauren works as a tech recruiter at Xena.
We can both provide any needed references/payslip copies and any other further information that might be needed.
Our parents are our guarantors and will be paying the rent for us. We can provide their contact details if necessary. The property would be just for the two of us. We are responsible, courteous, and pleasant tenants and would treat the place as our own, maintaining it to high standards.
We are very friendly, clean, vegetarian, love to cook and are non-smokers.
We are fully flexible for viewing times.
