My name is Svenja and I’m 27 years old. After having lived in a WG for the past few years i am now looking for my first own apartment.
I dont smoke and dont have any pets.
I work in management consulting with a net income of 4,000€ per month.
I am looking for a long-term apartment, not furnished as i will bring all my furniture myself (if there are few items you want to leave, happy to discuss!)
Not looking to share the apartment (not even for a few days etc). Not interested in any other crazy offers, really just looking for my own apartment.. :)
