Hi, I'm a new employee of the Ruhr university Bochum, and in need of a place to stay in the city. I am happy to furnish my contract as proof of financing. I also have a minijob in addition to my full-time job so financing is not an issue. I am not a smoker, and I do not have a pet. I like to see friendly faces around to exchange pleasantries and show support in times of need, but I also like to keep to myself. Having and keeping things clean and working optimally is very important for me.
At the moment I am living in Siegen, and daily travel to the university is not the best option naturally, so I am willing to move in on the earliest possible date.
