Since I am switching jobs, I have to move out my lovely apartment which will be available in January 2021.
Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, 150 m to the bus station, 2.3 km to the Bonn central station. Supermarkets are nearby (500m), endenich sport complex is 300 m.
The apartment is very cozy and spacey. Big windows allows daylight to pass through the whole apartment. The kitchen is seperate. The smaller room has a nice balcony with nature view. Bathroom has a tub. There is private space in cellar. In addition, bike storage room is available.
Some of the furniture ( such as fridge, wardrobe, tables, couch) can also be purchased upon agreement.
It is more suitable for couples but wg might also be possible.
I speak only english therefore english messages more likely will get a reply :)
The apartment is 2.3 km away from the city center ( 20 minutes by walking or less than 10 biking).
Bus stop is 150 meters away (604 and 605) and takes about 10 minutes to reach central staton.
Nearby food store is 500 meters (Netto) or Biomarkt. Or 8 minutes by foot, edeka, pharmacy Poppelsdorf platz is reachable.
The costs are as follows :
320 euros for the kitchen (including stove/oven, sink and cabinets)
35 euro/month internet ( existing contract until the end of march)
*Gas and electricity are excluded from the rent
