Looking for a 2 room apartment for long term stay near to Bonn hbf

I am looking for a 2 room apartment for me and my wife preferably fully furnished including all amenities like furnitures, washing machine, dish washer, washing machine. The apartment must also include wifi as I will also work from home sometimes. I am in Germany with Blue card so will be able to continue long term. By nationality I am an Indian but I believe that will not be the judging point for the landlord. The apartment should be close to Bonn Hbf mandatorily with a balcony or open area to breathe and enjoy summers. I do not have pets but both of us love plants so we will have our mini garden. By profession I am a Software Engineer and employed with DHL, so I will be able to provide 3months of payslip if required. I am looking forward for options and am primarily planning to move in by January 2023 as I am currently in Endenich and have my contract till December 2022. Hope you can help me have a nice time in Bonn.
