Hi, I am looking for a flat for 1 year starting around February 2020. I am already living in Darmstadt for past 1.5 years.
I am a quiet person and would need basic furnishings like bed and other stuff already in there. Also it would be good if there is internet connection available.
Location wise it should not be too far away from Nordbanhof station as my office is near by. Please let me know about distance of nearby supermarket, tram stop, bus stop, restaurant etc so that i get an idea of the location.
Please let me know the viewing dates if you have started the process. I would be happy to visit. And also if you can tell the list of documents i need for viewing in advance, i would really appreciate it.
