Apartment/Flatshare in Innerstadt/Kreuzviertel

Hi,

I recently relocated to Germany from Sweden for work and I am looking for an apartment in central Dortmund, preferably in Kreuzviertel.

I am 26 years old, non-smoker and no pets, calm and down to earth and with excellent references from previous landlords and has always been an appreciated occupant of my previous apartments. I work full time as of April 1st.

I require an equipped kitchen (Einbauküche with fridge, freezer, stove, oven) and if possible I would like to rent the apartment furnished, but this is not a demand - just preferred.

Unfortunately my German is not that good at the moment, allthough I will be taking german classes along with my job - so I appreciate if you reply in English.

Flats with Internet are a big plus!
