Dear all,
Me and my wife are looking for a long-term flat at Dortmund. We are both Ph.D. student with National Scholarship from China. Currently we live at Essen. For me, I still have 3 more year to finish my Ph.D. project in Universität Duisburg-Essen. My wife just start her Ph.D. project at Forschungsinstitut für Kinderernährung Dortmund and it will take 4 years. We have steady income to pay the monthly rent on time as well as the deposit (we can provide our official Studentship Certificate as well as Invitation Letter of our Ph.D. study)
We are friendly and easy going. We don't smoke and have no pets. We also like to take over some furnitures and the kitchen in the flat with a reasonable price.
The flat locates within 15 minutes' pubilc transport to Dortmund Hauptbahnhof is preferred. The rent better no higher then 600 euro per mounth including utilities and the miscellaneous.
