Hello, I'm a student from Germany and I've been studying in Dublin for two years. I am looking for an apartment either for myself or together with my two working friends (female 24, male 22). My parents would pay the rent and provide the guarantor. I am happy to provide references on their salary and my current residence upon request. I would like to rent from now on or from August at the latest and also for an unlimited period, as I am looking for a place to stay for a longer time (minimum 1 year).
