looking for 3-4 rooms apt to rent. pets allowed.

My husband and I are living in Duesseldorf since one year.
I am a doctor/scientist working at the Uniklnik and he is a freelance photographer/director. We have two lovely cats, and we are looking for an apartment in Unterbilk, Bilk, Friedriechstadt or Stadmittee, in high floors (possibly maisonette) with following characteristics:

- 3,5 or 4 rooms
- balcony or terrace
- possibly with kitchen (included or with possibility to buy)
- furnished or unfurnished
- possibly with elevator

We are also interested in buying the apartment.
