Student of FH Südwestfalen in search of apartment in or around Soest

I am Christine, and a student of Fahschoschulde Südwestenfalen .
I am originally from Zambia but I’ve lived in Turkey for the last 8 years .
I moved to Turkey on a full scholarship to study mathematics, through which I gained my Bachelor’s degree from the university of Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University.

I intend to pursue a masters degree in Business administration with informatics,$while my husband works full-time.
We have a four year old daughter, who was born In Istanbul.

As a family, we have decided to move to Germany for its prospects in science and technology; and also for the family friendly atmosphere.

We have worked for a few years in Turkey and have a solid financial backing to get us started in Germany. Therefore, you’re guaranteed to receive the rent punctually and in full.
As proof of finance, we have a blocked account, and a sponsorship agreement (Verpflichtungserklärung). I can send you proof of this, as well as my enrollment certificate.

As soon as we arrive, we will also get jobs and can then tender our monthly income.

We are friendly, quiet, and clean people. We have never had any issues with landlords or neighbors and we promise to take good care of the apartment.

For now, it doesn’t matter where we live, as long as I can commute to city centers easily. Size and duration of rent also doesn’t matter. Although we would prefer to rent long-term, but a short term rent is also welcome.

We believe that things will get considerably easier after we arrive and are able to search better.
