Couple seeking 1-room or 2-room flat

We are a couple, Kai (35, female from Singapore) and Martin (39, male from Sweden), looking for a 1-room or 2-room flat in Gießen, which is close to the city centre if possible, and has its own bathroom and kitchenette or kitchen. We are planning to arrive in Gießen on 3 Oct 2019 in the morning, and will be available to view flats during 3-9 Oct (meanwhile, we have an AirBnB booked for those dates). Ideally, we would like to move into our long-term flat from 10 Oct onwards! If you have a suitable place and are available for viewings during this period (3-9 Oct), please get in touch.
Kai is a dancer, performer and choreographer. She is going to study a Master's programme in Choreography and Performance, at JLU, starting in October 2019. The course is for 2 years, so we are looking for accommodation that we can live in for at least 2 years.
Martin works for an art-related virtual reality company, and will work long-distance from home, in Gießen.
We are an international, friendly, and reliable couple. We do not smoke, and don't have pets or children. We enjoy art, going for walks, and quiet evenings.
We met in 2008 in Stockholm (when Kai studied in Stockholm from 2007 to 2012), and got married in 2013 in Singapore. We have been living in Singapore for the past 6 years and are looking forward to living in Germany!
