Hello, I am a student from Ireland. I am a beginning a PhD program in the University of Göttingen. I am looking for a 2-3 room flat to begin renting at the end of August or early September. I would like a contract of at least 6 months, up to 1 year, with possibility to extend further after this if it is agreeable to both parties.
Furnished or unfurnished is ok, I can purchase the previous furniture of the flat.
Ideally the flat should be close to Humboldtallee (20 mins walk or so). The size of the flat should be at least 30m2.
I do not smoke nor do I have any pets.
