Die niedliche Wohnung befindet sich zentral in einer sehr grünen und relativ ruhigen Gegend mit einer schnellen Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof mit der S Bahn Station Hasselbrook direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt einen Budni, Edeka, Rewe, Hammer Park und viele Bars und Restaurants alle zu Fuß erreichbar.

The cute apartment is located centrally in a very green and relatively quiet area with a fast connection to the main train station with the S Bahn station Hasselbrook right outside of the door. There is a Budni, Edeka, Rewe, Hammer Park and many bars and restaurants all in walking distance.

Ich suche jemanden, der 3 Monate hier bleiben möchte, aber auch mehr ist möglich. Da die Wohnung derzeit nicht genutzt wird, wäre es möglich, sofort einzuziehen, aber die neueste Umzug im Datum wäre 01.06.

I am looking for someone that would like to stay here 3 months but more is possible as well. Since the apartment is currently not being used, it would be possible to move in right away, but the latest move in date would be 01.06.
