The apartment is located on the sunny side, so you get a lot of sunshine during the day, especially on the balcony, which is great in the summer.
The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you might need including a washing machine, bath tub and a dish washer. It also has a brand new mattress. The kitchen is also well equipped for all the cooking needs. The only thing the apartment currently does not have is WIFI.

The cute apartment is located centrally in a very green and relatively quiet area with a fast connection to the main train station with the S Bahn station Hasselbrook right outside of the door. There is a Budni, Edeka, Rewe, Hammer Park and many bars and restaurants all in walking distance.

I am looking for someone that would like to stay here 3 months but more is possible as well. Since the apartment is currently not being used, it would be possible to move in right away, but the latest move in date would be 01.06.
