Looking for a flat in eppendorf/hoheluft or near the UKE

Hi,

I Have just been recruited at the UKE for 2 yrs (possibly extended to 4), and I'm looking for a flat as of today near the UKE (eppendorf, hoheluft, or close part of the neighboring districts).

I would rather have the flat furnished, but unfurnished could also be ok, Size can be anywhere between 35 and 70m2, not located at the ground floor and must either have a window or an efficient system to get rid of the bathroom humidity. As of 15th of November my girlfriend might to join me in the apartment (she's looking for a job in Hamburg).

We are both quite tidy, we don't have a pet, we don't play an instrument, we don't smoke.
