A small flat in Hamburg near Altona station

My name is Ilija Burić and I am a 23 years old PhD student of physics at DESY, Hamburg. I will start working at DESY, which is located in Bahrenfeld, on November 1, 2017, so I am looking for a small furnished flat that is not too far away from there. The total rent I am able to pay is 400-700 Euro. Other desirable properties are that location is near the public transport, has internet and a laundry room (not necessarily in the flat, but preferably in the building, or nearby). I am hoping to move in, that is sign a contract, for a period of one year. I was also hoping to have a look at the flat beforehand. I could come and do this after November 4.
