Move to Jena in October to work Friedrich Schiller University as a researcher and look at 2 or 3 bedrooms apartments

I am going to move to Jena in two months. I am going to work at the Psychology Department of FSU as a postdoctoral researcher, so it is important to find a closer apartment to the university (max 10-15 minutes with Bike or transits). I am looking for 3 bedroom apartments (2 bedrooms flats also would be preferred if it has larger spaces). I will live alone for the first 3-4 months, and then my partner will also accompany me. We have cats, but they are easy creatures they don't harm the apartments or furniture. Furnished apartments would be preferred, but we are open to considering non-furnished flats. I will be at Jena in October earliest, so flats with an online tour would be preferred.
