We (my husband and i)want to find a house or appartment .He is a postdoctoral reascher of Karlsruher Institut für Technologie.Both of us do not smoke.The price we can accept is no more than 700Euro per month(warm rent).furnitured kind,should be easy to get to the public transport(something like in 10 min by walking).
