International Graduate Student at THK - Sep/Oct to January

Hello,

I am an American graduate student at the University of North Florida and will be studying Business Administration and International Management at THK from October to January. I am looking for a place to live (goes without saying) for this time. I would prefer a private flat or studio, ideally close to either public transport or THK (or both). I am a very infrequent smoker and do not have pets. A furnished flat is important, but I do not really need much more than a bed and some kitchen utensils, maybe a desk and dresser. Someplace that is not too noisy would be ideal. If possible, a balcony or terrace would be nice too.

I speak English and French, and a little bit of German, Latin, and Polish. I am trying to learn more German and Polish.
