Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere, um unsere schöne und geräumige Wohnung ab 1. August, obwohl früher auch besprochen werden kann. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 hellen, großen Zimmern und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete EBK und Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Es hat auch einen geräumigen Kellerraum und einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf schöne Bäume und den Garten, wo Sie Ihr Fahrrad sicher abstellen können. Es liegt direkt an der Ecke des berühmten Karli, mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und vielen Freizeitaktivitäten. Es gibt viele Geschäfte rund um die Wohnung, und 3 Supermärkte in weniger als 100 m. Die Universitäten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Es gibt auch zwei Haltestellen gleich um die Ecke, so dass Sie leicht überall in der Stadt erreichen können und die Lage selbst ist sehr charmant! Alle Möbel auf den Fotos sind auch verhandelbar, aber nicht obligatorisch zu nehmen, wenn Sie die Wohnung mieten. We are looking for someone to rent our lovely and spacious apartment from August 1st, though earlier can also be discussed. The apartment consists of 3 bright, big rooms and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and washing machine connection. It also has a spacious cellar storage unit and a lovely balcony facing the trees and the garden, where you can safely leave your bike. It is located right on the corner of the famous Karli, with lots of bars, restaurants and plenty of fun activities around. There are plenty of shops around the apartment, not to mention 3 supermarkets within less than 100m and the universities are all within walking distance or 5 minutes away with your bike. There are also two tram stations less than 300m away, so you can easily reach anywhere in town and the location itself is extremely charming! All the furniture in the photos is also negotiable, but not mandatory to take when you rent the apartment. Let us know if you are interested in taking something and we can discuss it.
