Looking for a 1 room flats,a separate kitchen and a living room in Leipzig starting in mid August

My name is Serge. I'm currently looking for a 1 bedroom flat, preferably fully furnished. My prefer location will be close to the center where my jobs is located, but i' m flexible to other location. I currently live in Munich, and have to move to Leipzig to take on a new jobs.I'm very clean, and take good care of the facility.I have been living in Germany for about a year. I have just finish with my master degree. I speak a little bit of German but i' m improving day by day. I also speak French and Norwegian.I do practice a lot of sport and would be ideal to have a gym in the neighborhood.

I'm looking forward to have a new place, where i can call home. I will take good care of the premises.
